Tops the Pot app for iPhone and iPad

The official Tops the Pot app is a new way of syndicate betting, where you can bet against friends and family or players across the country and see who really is top!

Easy to Use:
Once a player has installed "Tops the Pot" from the App Store, they will follow easy steps to register a unique username and password, enter into a competition with opposition of their choice whom are invited with a unique code, once approved and start and finish dates are applied the challenge commences.

TARGET:
For each individual player to accrue as much simulated money in their individual pot.

The person with the most simulated monies in their individual pot wins their league and the main pot.

Once a player’s entry fee is paid 20% of this is placed into the main pot leaving the player to bet with the remainder in their individual pot.

A minimum weekly bet is required of 20% of the entry fee by each player.

Any player not making the weekly or daily bet will be penalised a sum equal to that of the minimum weekly or daily bet, thus been deducted from a player’s individual pot and placed in the main pot.

A player can bet all of their individual pot in any 1 week bet.

Each bet must be made and completed within the set betting frequency time limit. 167hr period (Weekly) or 24hr period (Daily/No Limit)

Once an individual pot contains less than the minimum bet required the game ends for that individual player and any surplus monies is entered into the main pot.

The 12 weeks betting is split into two periods, a visible 9 weeks period and the remaining 3 weeks a poker period.

Countdown timer will be visible at all times during the competition showing how long players have long left to place a bet, before been penalised.

Poker Period:
The league standing will not be visible once Poker Period has started.
You can customise the duration of the Poker Period or not include it at all.

Simulated Betting:
Latest odds on the all sports and special events from around the globe.
Bets placed can consist of singles up to accumulators of anything and you can also place In-Play bets…. providing bets are placed and completed within set betting frequency.

How to Play:
The player with the largest individual pot wins the main pot.

If all players in that league fail to make a winning bet the main pot is to be shared equally amongst all players in that competition.

Main pot consists of 20% of all player’s entrance fees and all other player’s individual pots of lesser amounts and any surplus pot monies and penalty deductions.

A main pot consisting of no individual pot amounts will be awarded to the player with the largest individual winning bet of that competition.

All completed bets, league standings and individual pot amounts are available to see by all players involved in that league until the poker period begins.

At the close of the poker period all completed bets and individual pot amounts will be made available for all league players to see.
